Took a roadtrip for the weekend to Quebec City, just in time to catch the end of the biggest winter carnival in the world.

Strolling down Grand Allee, the street was sculpted with outdoor ice bars.
Waiting in the freezing cold to see the winter parade.
Chez Ashton - This poutine was delectable! The cheese curds squeaked in my mouth as I chewed on it - Perfection!
Chute de Montmorency
The falls never entirely freeze over. Mist that rises from the falling water crystalizes and falls back down forming a little snow hill at the bottom of the falls, known as a sugarloaf.
